Welcome to Pro Arte Music
The aim of Pro Arte Music is to publish sheet music of good quality via our web site, at a reasonable price. Our edition strives to represent the composer´s intention with a minimum of editorial additions. In other words – we publish ‘urtext’. The clarity of the print is of the highest standard and we ensure wherever possible that the layout enables practical page turning for the performers. All scores are printed in A5 format (mini scores) and all parts in the normal A4 format.
We also sell individual parts of the music we publish as we appreciate that this is a useful service rarely available elsewhere.
The catalogue consists of the string quartets of Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven. This list will expand over time to include other composers and different ensembles. In time we expect also to go wider than purely the chamber music environment and welcome any suggestions from prospective clients.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within three working days of receipt.
All prices are quoted in UK £ sterling. However the payment system will accept any currency and we arrange delivery to any international address.
